Having said all that, I CAN STILL read/send emails, browse other sites, watch YouTube, and use the Netflix App (just) on standard 3G. I covered the technical issues in my 'onboarding survey' then a live chat, without resolution General player experience, over standard 3G (not H, H+ or 4G), for a player in a limited mobile reception area 1 or 2 bars, wasn't great.
